Create and configure an account

1. Create a new gmail / Google Calendar account, with anything as login and a random password (don't use your usual password!)
2. Go to Google Calendar
3. Click on the settings links (on some versions, it could be the wheel at the top right)
4. Go to mobile setup and confirm your phone number (to the number you want to receive SMS)
5. Go to the Calendar tab, then choose notifications
6. Event reminders: remind me via SMS 5 minutes before the event (choose SMS in the dropdown list and write 5 instead the default 10 minutes)

That's all, you configured your account.
