EmperorPalpatine

EmperorPalpatine is an IRC bot written by Zetas in PHP. It services users #globalshellz.

The bot has several commands which can be issued by users to gain information.

!iamnew - This command has information for newcomers to the shell. It includes links to the main page and the other commands allowed to be issued.
!wiki - This command will have the bot paste the URL to our wiki.
!level <username> - This command will tell the user the current membership level of the username entered.
!locked <username> - This command will check if the username entered is locked or not.
!uptime - This command outputs the uptime and statistics info about the US and EU Globalshellz servers.
!log this will tell you who last gived you gsp for your account
!submit <url> - This command submits your url for review, use if you contributed to the url and want to have gsp added for your work. more details at Pending
!tell <nick> <message> - This command will make the bot pass your message along when a nick appears.

Anyone caught spamming or attempting to exploit the bot is subject to being kicked and/or banned from the channel and may face additional penalties.
